1. Go to the HKCAD at below address:

2. Submit the Completed a) application form and b) Cash for application fee 

to HKCAD staff.

3. HKCAD gives you receipt immediately and you wait for the Exam Letter posted by HKCAD later

Note: Remember to keep your Receipt for Exam Fee Refund

Please call HKCAD at 2910 6095 or email to plo@cad.gov.hk if you do not receive any reply from HKCAD BEFORE the Exam.  

4.Depends on the exam venue you choose 

in the application form,

Go to the examination centre with a) stationary and b) Identification Document e.g Hong Kong ID card , passport.
